By installing NeoWords you agree to what follows. If you do not, you can delete the app. Local data may remain on Mac, and progress may remain in your private iCloud storage. Turning off sync does not erase that storage.

Licence

Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies, together with the app-specific terms below.

What you get

A licence to use NeoWords on the Apple devices tied to your Apple ID, for learning. The words, the illustrations, the recordings and the app itself remain subject to their applicable rights; you may not republish our content or ship it inside something else. Third-party code, the font and pronunciation sources retain their own licences, included with the app. Those licences govern your rights to those materials.

Free and paid

The first packs are free and stay free. The rest open with a subscription or a one-time lifetime unlock, both sold through Apple. A subscription renews until you cancel it; cancelling is done in your Apple ID settings, not here, and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are Apple's to give — we cannot issue them.

Your progress

Progress lives on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own iCloud account. We hold no copy, which also means we cannot restore it for you. If you erase both local and iCloud copies, we cannot recover them. On Mac, deleting the application alone does not erase its local data.

What we do not promise

The app is provided as it is. We work hard on the content and correct what is reported — the support page says how to reach us — but we cannot promise a course free of mistakes, uninterrupted availability, or that it will suit any particular exam or purpose. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the app.

These terms may change as the app does. The date above moves when they do, and the current version is always the one on this page.
